The price was to high for what was offered, No meals on Sunday does not meet my expectations of such an expensive hotel.

We enjoyed the stay, it was a great experience. Big size and clean hotel. - Location was good, near the center, CC shopping center, Vikingskipet, XXL sport, and food stores. - the breakfast was great with pancakes and had all you need.

Very very good breakfast included fresh bread and fruit. The rooms where newly decorated with a tub as requested. The location was decent and absolutely perfect, very close to a shopping mall, convenient to go everywhere.

I chose this hotel for attending a training session and I was impressed with the new and separate banquet hall on the 8th floor, offering stunning views of Hamar town. The hotel provided ample conference space with 17 rooms and free WiFi. Additionally, the gym and other amenities were well-maintained and enjoyable to use during my stay.
The one service that I missed for my work was the availability of a business center.

I liked the soap dispensers instead of individual bottles. I also liked the window in the internal bathroom - I could use it without needing to switch the light on during the daytime. Breakfast was great.
I was unable to have breakfast on my departure day because I had to get a train at 8.06 am and breakfast started at 8am on a Sunday. The room's thermostat was set to 21 deg on arrival. This is too hot for sleeping. Please could hotels reduce their temperatures. This will help sleeping and also help with climate change. I did not like being offered erotic films to watch on the TV screen on my arrival. I did not like looking at myself in the mirror when sitting on the loo.

The breakfast here was excellent with pancakes and had something for everyone, and the location was unbeatable and magnificent, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.
